The basic structure of a power capacitor includes capacitive elements, impregnators, fasteners, leads, housings and bushings. The structure diagram is shown in Figure 1.

The capacitor element uses aluminum foil as electrode and is insulated by a composite film. Capacitor undergarment insulating oil (mineral oil or dodecyl benzene, etc.) used as impregnating medium.

The product is made of coarse polypropylene film and benzyl toluene as the medium, and aluminum foil for electronic and power capacitors as the electrode. All the residual water and air in the capacitor are removed by single pump and single injection high vacuum dry impregnation technology, and low temperature impregnation is filled. The casing cover is provided with an outlet sleeve, which adopts a rolling porcelain sleeve. It has good sealing performance and adopts 304 brushed stainless steel without painting.
